Questions, answered
- How much does Tūhono cost?
- $19.99 per user, per month, including GST. One plan, everything included — there are no tiers, modules or add-ons to choose between.
- Is it really free right now?
- Yes. Tūhono is free while we onboard our first providers — no card required. $19.99/user/month incl GST is the price once billing begins, and we'll give plenty of notice first.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with a login — a provider's admins, managers and facilitators, or an independent facilitator working on their own. There's no limit on the number of cases.
- Can a provider cover its facilitators' seats?
- Yes. When a provider invites a facilitator, the provider can carry that seat — so a facilitator already covered by their organisation isn't paying twice.
- Is our data secure?
- Yes. Each provider's victim and offender data is encrypted at rest with its own key, hosted in Sydney, with daily backups and 30-day recovery. See the Security page for the full picture.
- When does billing start?
- Not yet. We'll announce billing well ahead of time, and the price here ($19.99/user/month incl GST) is exactly what you can expect.
